Stubby’s is modeled after a global favorite Dubliner meat-and-potatoes stout. This is a well balanced sweet, bitter, and roasty beer with a nice dry finish. It’s served on nitro which gives this beer a beautiful cascading effect and a nice dense head.

Spotti is named after our local DIY skate spot. This “DIY” IPA makes it a hazy, brewed with all organic Admiral Maltings grain bill and with whirlpool and dry hopped additions of Galaxy, Azacca, Vic Secret and Mandarina Bavaria. All four hops were selectively chosen for their tropical and citrus forward flavors that make this hazy a tropical delight.

A traditional pale ale but made with Strata in both the kettle and dry hop giving both pineapple and dank flavors. The beer that makes you want another one before you finish the first one.

Helles Lager
5.5% ABV / 19 IBU
Eventide Helles is our version of a German light lager, where the Admiral Maltings Organic Admiral Pils malt really showcases this beer with a nice bready-sweet flavor and with a slight noble hops spiciness in the finish, creating a well balanced beer. A little higher ABV that fits our local weather while remaining light on its feet. As its namesake states, Eventide was named after the bright beautiful sunsets we enjoy here on the Half Moon Bay coast.

To commemorate this auspicious event, we are releasing a new beer called… The Captains’ Table. This London Brown Ale has rich malt flavors and a solid backbone of bitterness.

Sailor’ Delight has been heavily loaded with blood orange puree, and as a base, we peeled off a couple of barrels of our anniversary DDH IPA 1st Mate. Crafted with the utmost care, this tantalizing brew combines the boldness of sour beer with the vibrant flavors of blood orange puree, creating a symphony of taste. With each sip, your senses are greeted by a harmonious balance of tartness and citrus sweetness with a dab of hoppy resin that will linger after each drink. The rich, crimson hue of Sailor’s Delight mirrors the captivating allure of a sunset at sea, while the effervescent carbonation awakens the senses like the salty breeze against one’ face. Sailor’s Delight is an irresistible invitation to embark on a voyage of taste and indulge in the bewitching beauty of this sour beer brewed with blood orange puree.

We are naming our small batch, experimental series of beers after migratory animals that come and go here on the coast. This one is named after the Sooty Shearwater that is currently here on its way to Patagonia. You can see tens of thousands of them cruising along the coast in September and March. This is our first Double IPA (or Imperial IPA if you prefer). At 8.0% ABV and 77 IBU, it is both our highest ABV and highest IBU beer to date. But you wouldn’t think so when you taste it - smooth, balanced, and tons for fruit. We made Shearwater with several new cutting edge ingredients that provide a unique set of aromas and flavors. The yeast is Vermont Tropics from Berkeley Labs - based on the yeast used in the famous Heady Topper NEIPA from Vermont. The yeast has been modified to amplify tropical aromas and flavors. We used four different hops in the recipe. CTZ for bittering and Nectaron, Vista and Sabro for the whirlpool and dry hopping (twice). A full 5 pounds of hops went into every barrel for this one. Nectaron is a brand new, hard to get hop from Australia that has rich pineapple, passionfruit and grapefruit aromas and flavors. Vista is a new hop from the U.S. that is known for its stonefruit, tangerine
and tropical flavors. Sabro adds a touch of coconut to the mix.

For our one year anniversary, we brewed up a double dry-hopped (DDH) IPA. We used Centennial hops (hot-side), then double dry-hopped with a healthy dose of Yakima Cryo Pop (cold-side), which is an original blend of hop compounds that gives this brew a hoppy and orange zest aroma on the nose.
